Grange Gardening Club

This week we welcomed back Gardening Club with great joy, our first one of 2022! We are currently working with Year 3.

We showed them the daffodils that are now in bloom as these children planted them as bulbs last year. We also looked at other flowers that are now popping up as spring is on the horizon.

We then made our own bird food using various seeds, blueberries, worms and vegetable fat. The children then made their own bird bells, filled them with the bird food and next week once they have dried out, next week we can get the children to hang them around the playground.
